It was August 1, 2000 which was the day that I had chosen to unveil my new look for the twenty first century to my co-workers. I had taken vacation on the day that I was to have a new company ID card made so I could have the perfect picture taken for it.

Earlier I had shopped and found the perfect dressy outfit to show off my new looks. I had an appointment to get my hair done early that morning with the new style that I was about to spring on everyone. Next came a makeup makeover to accentuate my new hair style and color.

After getting my new Company ID picture made, I came up to visit in the department and showed off my new look there. My final stop was to the local Wal-Mart to get my portrait taken. The smile on my face in the portrait shows the joy that I felt in accomplishing my new look.
